We are a fresh company passionate about improvement and constantly working towards new ways of developing our programs and abilities.
At Co-Athletic we train outdoors in the fresh air and elements and provide all of the equipment. Most, if not all, outdoor fitness classes, whether it be a bootcamp or yoga, require participants to bring their own mats, weights or rubber bands, et cetera. We supply everything and more, we train with as much variety as possible using kettlebells, bodyweight suspension, barbells, sandbags, medicine balls, weight sleds and much more. Our methods and philosophies are extremely effective and will give you the results you’re looking for from maintaining general fitness, achieving fat loss, to increasing athletic prowess. We train all levels of ability and do so in a small focused group so that everyone receives the proper attention deserved.
